Dazzling Medallion Birthday Card for My Sister

With everything that's been happening lately I almost forgot to make and send my sister a Birthday Card.

Remember in my last post I showed some of the little contact cards we were handing out at the recent Craft Fair to promote Stampin' Up!?  Well I really liked the one with the Rich Razzleberry Medallion stamped and highlighted with Crystal Effect Dots (for that embossed look and feel) on the Melon Mambo Cardstock so I started with this and here is what I came up with.

I have used the back side of my Rich Razzleberry Polka Dot Ribbon across the card but then turned the right way up to create the bow.  I outlined the medallion and added some faux stitches with my White Gel Pen and then finished it all off with some Dazzling Diamonds glitter.

I than mounted this onto my Whisper White Card Base which I had stamped the sentiment from the "Heard From the Heart' Stamp Set in Melon Mambo Ink.

I have to go and get this in the post, as her Birthday is on Thursday although she is away with work so she will not be home to receive it on the day.
