An Ornamental Christmas

Today I had a chance to sit down and play with some of the new Stampin' Up! Stamp sets I have purchased from the new Catalogue.

I thought I had better make a start on doing some Christmas Card designs as I have a couple of orders for some already, so I decided to play with the new set Contempo Christmas and in particular the Ornament Stamp which coordinates with the new Ornament Punch from Stampin' Up!

As most of you know my card creations are 99% CAS Cards and these two designs I am sharing with you today are no exception.

I love Red and White together which seems very fitting given these are the colours of my husbands favorite NRL football team who on Saturday won the semi final game by one point to make it through to the finals.  I had a good chuckle to myself at the time as DH was sitting on the edge of his seat the whole game as they were trailing for most of the game and he was in fear of his team being called chokers as the past few years they always seem to be the team to beat up until the final playoff series where they were beaten before or at the semi's until this year.

The Contempo Christmas Stamp Set includes four stamps, an Ornament, a Christmas Tree and two Sentiments.  Aswell as the Ornament Stamp and Punch I have also used the Merry Christmas Sentiment from this set on the two cards I am sharing with you today.
