Christmas Cuteness

I know, I know two posts in one day what am I thinking, but I just had to share with you my first play attempt using Popcorn Bear.

You have probably seen my good friend Julie at Time to Create talking all about him time and time again and her last post was all about the Christmas Sets.  He is just so adorable I couldn't resist buying him.

I am not really one for cute cards but this sort of image has been growing on me of late when I see all the cute and fun images my fellow Tangled Up In Creativity Blog Group Members have been using.

Anyway enough waffle, here is my card, the entire image is of Popcorn and his friend trimming the Christmas Tree, however I have not used the whole image.  I stamped this on gloss card and used my sponge daubers and Stampin' Write Markers to add colour.  I then used the Spellbinder Scallop Circles to cut out the image and mount it onto my card front.

The sentiment 'Christmas is Love with all the Trimmings' is from the Contempo Christmas Stamp Set from Stampin' Up!, whilst the Background Papers are some I had left over in my stash from a year or so ago.

Hope you like him as much as I do, I am off to play some more.
