However I recently saw Black used on a card and thought it was stunning, so I thought I would give it a try.
When I think of Black and Cream or Black and White I always think it is quite elegant together. And I think I have achieved this clean elegance with my card today. I have added just a hint of red to this.
The embossed background is from SU Petals a Plenty folder, and the paper is from the new Love Letter DSP Series. The beautiful pine tree is from the Set Lovely as a Tree, and the sentiment is from Heard from the Heart. Riding Hood Red Taffeta Ribbon and a red 1/2 pearl (non SU) finish it off.
