It is of the adorable Penny, my In Laws Labrador when she came to stay for her first sleep over with our Border Collie Elwood whilst my In Laws went away for a few days.
Cardstock/Papers: Basic Grey & Stampin' Up
Felt flowers from Mad About Scrappin
Foam Letters from Lincraft
Its a fairly simple interpretation of this months Sketch as I wanted the photos to stand out. I chose the colours to represent her bright personality as she loves to play and will fetch anything you have available to throw. Our dog Elwood is 8 years her senior so it is fun to see how much he comes to life in her company. At times she wore him out and when he had had enough he let her know. Elwood had a positive effect on her too during this first visit, as before she stayed with us she never liked to sleep in her kennel, but given Elwood wanted to sleep in her Kennel instead of his, she would go and sleep in his kennel which upset him so he would leave hers and she would then go into her own. She now sleeps in her kennel during the day and night at home.
Be sure to check out all the other great examples and fun challenges this month over at the Scrap Lounge, you won't be dissapointed. This weekend is their Cyber Crop Weekend with four great challenges for you to play along with.
