With Sympathy and Sadness

With Sympathy and Sadness is something I wish I never had to put on a card, but unfortunately I guess its a part of life.  I always find it hard to make a card for this occassion, as I never know whether what I create is appropriate.

Stamps:  Unity May KOTM Flowers and Sentiment, Crafty Individuals Background Collage
Ink/Colour:  SU Choc Chip, Distress Inks Tattered Rose, Aged Mahogany, Rusty Hinge, Tria Markers
Other:  SU Cardstock, Embossing Folder

This week sad news came like they say bad things do, in threes, with two deaths of people close to those close to me and the even bigger shock was news that a very close friend has only months to live.  So I am sure you will understand when I say that many thoughts have been running through my head and I have shed the odd tear or two.  My week so far has been rather sombre and reflective.

I was just thankful yesterday to be able to attend my Terrific Tuesday Craft Group even though I wasn't feeling very creative and wasn't very productive, I was pleased to have the the company and distraction.

I know what you mean, I have a hard time making sympathy cards too. This is lovely for a sad occasion. Love the design.

And we loved having you come be with us Danielle.
Your card is a very apt one for the many times, unfortunately that we need one. I will be thinking of you later this week. Remember to be careful where you stop out there in the wild country!
