PTT#52 - Picture Inspiration and Colour Challenge

Tuesday has come around once more (doesn't time just fly?) and this year replacing our once a month Sketch Challenge at Party Time Tuesdays we are going to have a Picture Inspiration and Colour Challenge.  This Month we have a fabulous Winter Themed Photo and Colours.

For my card I was given the adorable image Skating-Donita from Digital Delights who is one of our two Sponsors this week to feature.

PS.  I almost forgot to mention - the products from last weeks sponsor Stampendous didn't arrive in time for me to create a card in time for our Birthday Challenge, so I owe you all a card featuring their wonderful stamps.  Because they arrived as I was finishing of my card for this week, I used their a product I hadn't seen before - Frantage Fragments.
