The image I thought was perfect for our End of the Rainbow Challenge and for the bling I have simply used lots of Glitter to create the rainbow and my Viva Decor Pearl Pen to create the fluffy cloud. The paper and Dew Drop Flower Centre are from Robin's Nest.
