Ivory Angels

Hi Everyone!  A stormy day meant lots of time to play yesterday and lucky for me I had just received some wonderful digital collages from Altered Pages.  The one that I really took a shine to is called Ivory Angels - AP-2090.  Ten delightful vintage Angels all in Ivory!

What I really love about Digital Collage Sheets is that you can edit these on your computer, lighten/darken, select single images with the crop feature and resize to whatever size your heart desires.  I did exactly this with my Christmas Greetings Sentiment which is one of the images from the Even More Christmas Image Collage Sheet - AP-1027.

I cut out all ten angels and then started playing around with ideas for backgrounds, layouts etc and here is what I came up with for this card.

Cream Pearl Card Base,

Dark Green Cardstock, embossed with Poinsettia Embossing Folder by SU

Sponged lightly with white ink and some Viva Decor Inka Gold.

 Sentiment is then layered onto red cardstock and centred on card front.  Angels placed either side.  

A touch of Kindy Glitz added to edge of Sentiment and to Angels Wing and Bells.
