Easy Easter Greetings Kit

Hi Everyone!

Did you know that Altered Pages sells kits to make it easy for you to create, and that these kits are designed by the Design Team and come with full instructions and usually all you need to add is a pair of scissors and tape.  There is everything from Cards, to Mini Albums, to Altered Art Pieces.

Anyway it was my turn to create a kit this month and it was also my very first time, so with Easter just around the corner I decided to go with a Easy Easter Greetings Kit, with instructions to make four cards designs but enough product to make more.  The kit includes papers, collages, flowers, ribbon, double sided tape and full instructions all for $9.75.

Here are some of the designs, which are, as the name says Easy to Make, and you can embellish further if desired.

The images are all from the Collage Sheet titled Victorian Easter which you can purchase separately if you are looking just for images.

The  rain is still bucketing down upon us this week.  I was even tempted to invest in a pair of Wellington Boots yesterday when I saw them on display at the hardware store and should have done so, because last night at 3 am we were awoken by our dog who needed rescue from the rising water around our home.  It  was flooding into his kennel because the saturated ground and drains couldn't take anymore we had nearly three inches since yesterday morning.  Tonight he is on higher ground so we don't get a repeat performance as predictions are that heavier rain is due to fall throughout tonight and tomorrow.  I also heard someone say they are predicting 40 days straight of rain.........I think we have definitely had our fair share and  would love to send it on to those who need it.

One good thing about all this wet weather is that it means that I get more time to play in my craft room.  My Gelli Plate and Splash Inks have been getting a workout so I will be back over the next few days to share what I have been up to with you all.

I hope that wherever you are you get time to do the things you love this weekend also.

Oh yes Danie, this rain is incredible.. I don't think I have ever known rain as much as this... but it does give a great opportunity to sit and scrap! These cards look lovely.. I hope your doggie is fine tonight.. and I have a pair of gumboots.. they are worth the investment!
