WOYWW #221

Hi Everyone and Happy Wednesday!  Its time to link up again with all my creative friends over at WOYWW!  For more about this link up, see Julia our hosts blog  here.  Thanks to everyone who has been visiting and leaving some love.  I've been trying to get around to as many of you as possible but just never seem to get through the whole list.  Luckily though the list is never in the same order so I figure I do get to peek at everyone's desk over a few weeks.

Its just a quick one for me today as it's 4.00pm Wednesday and I've just got home from a course to do with achieving Positive Education Outcomes for Young People in Out of Home Care, so my brain is a bit muddled at present.  But in saying that I really enjoyed the course, learned a lot and got to meet some lovely people too.

Creatively this week, I have been to the Wild West with my fellow teamies at Altered Pages , painted a canvas to celebrate the arrival of Spring and creating a few other DT projects.

My desk shows some further planned seasonal canvases, I've gotten as far as choosing papers to represent each season.  You can see my Spring Canvas at the back and a altered notebook at the front.  The pizza box just visible in the left corner is my first ever kit from the 'Mailbox Muse' and its theme is 'Alice's Utterly Mad Tea Party'

I'd better go as 'A' will be home from school soon and looking for some afternoon tea.  Hope you all have a creative and fun week.

So sick of the cold, although in saying that it doesn't get as cold here as in other parts of the world thank heavens lol! I love how all your art/craft goodies are close at hand on your desk :-). You have been super busy - I think that course would have fried my brain - but I trust it was good, helpful, and, as you say, lots of great folk to be with.
Your desk looks good - so much going on.
Have a lovely week.

Hello, I am sending this to everyone. Im sorry I am not going to be able to get to all the desk and I have now lost my sheet of paper that I was writing them down on. I don't think my cat is going to make it through the night to even see the vet. She is old just like my dog so I guess they are going to get sick at the same time or so. I just going to copy and paste and sorry to every one that I didn't get to read.. I just cant do it right now. Thank you Roberta 40 and bright blessings to all.

Desk looks organised to me - not tidy, but well organised.
How lovely to be going into spring, we are coming into autumn but it is a season I love. Just don't enjoy the fog, snow and ice of winter that follows.

Love Springtime but it goes by far too quickly in the UK. We seem to get Winter followed by rain, then a bit warmer, then Winter again! Hugs. Pam#36

Sounds like you have been very busy Danie. Love your bright canvas just right for a cheerful and hopeful time of year. We are heading for autumn although its been a good summer (by UK standards).

Thanks for visiting my desk and for your kind comment on my shadow box. I'm a little late getting round the WOYWW desks this week, so many to see that I usually pick one in five, that way I get to see a few across all of them.

Your desk looks so organised and ready to go...lots of plans and ideas which is wonderful.
I love the canvas and just wish we were heading into spring although I love autumn. Unfortunately winter will follow but I suppose we have to have the bad to appreciate the good ;D
Thanks for visiting my place earlier.
Have fun and enjoy yourself

TY for the visit, and such a sweet comment. I love the canvas you did, I'm excited to see the rest. I've never heard of the "Mailbox Muse", I'm intrigued though. I love getting kits in the mail. I must say, for such a busy desk it is nice and organized. I'm a tad envious… mine is always slightly messy.
I hope you are having a FAB weekend my friend. (((HUGS)))
