Cards in Envy - Punch it Out!

Another fortnight gone as we move ever closer to Christmas and perhaps that is why for this weeks Challenge at Cards in Envy I reached for my Stampin' Up! Ornament Punch.  That's right this week's challenge theme is Punch it Out so we want you using your favorite punch or die cut to create your cards.

I've been playing a lot lately with creating my own backgrounds and having just been shopping at my LSS I had some new colors and stencils to play with, so they are featured on this card too.

The background is Dylusions Vibrant Turquoise Spray Ink and Red Watercolor Pencil using the Crafter's Workshop Mini Fifties Clock Stencil and just a touch of white Gel Pen.  The Holiday Wishes Sentiment is from the Unity Tags Glorious Tags Stamp Set.

Be sure to check out all the wonderful cards done by my fellow DT for your inspiration over on the blog and I hope to see you play along and join the punching fun of this challenge.

The colour combination Danie is so lively it positively glows!Doesn't the mini clock work well to enhance the bauble shapes?
