Hi Everyone! Friday once again which means it is time to break out the Unity Stamps and play along with Friday Friends with Flair.
Firstly a Journal Page once again inspired by the Journal52 prompt for week 3 - You always make me smile.
The raindrops and umbrella stamps are from the Unity KOTM February 2012. The rain made me smile yesterday as it was a cooling relief following a number of days of extreme heat and much needed. The birds welcomed it in jubilant chorus, and it meant that it was a good day to be inside and have time to craft. Background created using Distress Stains and Gesso, highlights white Gel Pen, White Posca Paint Pen and Journaling done with Faber Castell Big Brush Markers.
Today I made this card playing along with the Card Sketch at Deconstructed Sketches.
The Poppies are from Unity KOTM April 2012 and the sentiment is from My Thoughts Are With You Sentiment Kit. Papers are from Carta Bella.

Beautiful journal page. I know the climate is so different where you are and the rain has caused huge amounts of damage of late in the UK but I still love to craft with the sound of the raindrops pattering on my roof. There is something so fresh and life-giving about the rain. I love the bright colours and bold lines on your card. How beautiful poppies are. Julie Ann xx
