Over at Unruly PaperArts this month their Reader Art Quest Challenge Theme is Teacups and Tiaras. Yesterday I had the whole day to myself pretty much to catch up on some art, so with some Tea Inspired Collage Images on hand from Altered Pages, I made some ATC's.
I thought I would share one of them with you today as a reminder about the Unruly Challenge! My Background was created from cleaning Gelatos off a Stencil (TCW Swirly Garden) with a baby wipe over a piece of white cardstock.
