I had this image already stamped and colored and knew it was perfect for the challenge but had trouble deciding what to do for the rest of the card. In the end I just went for a plain blue card base and used my Electric Green and Electric Yellow Radiant Neon Inks from IMAGINE Crafts/Tsukineko with my Kaiser Bubble Wrap Background Stamp.
