April has seen the release of the New Autumn/Winter Mini which is full to the brim with some great new products.
If you haven't got your copy of the mini yet.....check it out by clicking on the link on the side bar of this blog page.
The Big Shot Die Cutting machine is a exciting addition to the product range and Stampin' Up! will have exclusive Dies and Embossing Folders available only through Stampin' Up. It is great for making favour and gift boxes as well as adding those finishing touches to your cards and scrapbooking pages.
Also released this month is the New Style of Punch......I just love the two step XL Bird Punch the possibilities are endless. The ease of use and more compact sizing is sure to be a winner with you all.
Another compact idea is the introduction of Clear Stamps.......this innovative way of attaching your rubber stamp to an acrylic mount block means you don't jeopardise the quality of the image, but it allows you to be able to see for better positioning of your stamps. Presented in a DVD like plastic sleeve means less space is required to store them and it is also a cheaper option of purchasing your favorite stamp set.
There are so many reasons you will find the Clear Stamps appealing.
The new mini also introduces you to three new In Colours, Rich Razzleberry, Soft Suede and Melon Mambo. I have absolutely fallen in love with Rich Razzleberry........nothing to do with that my feature walls of my house are painted in the exact same colour....haha.
These three colours are available in Classic Stampin' Pads, Smooth A4 Cardstock and the delightful 1/2" Polka-Dot Grosgrain Ribbon. (A little trick for you - if you want a plain colour ribbon in these colours, simply use the opposite side to the Polka Dots, you can't see thru to the other side).
As always there are some beautiful and delightful new stamp sets available in the new mini, and I am sure you will find something you absolutely adore. For me it was almost every stamp set in the book, but my stand out favorite was the Vintage Vogue Set and Vintage Wheel.
Here is one card I have designed using this Set.
