Apart from a little car sickness winding down the road from Tenterfield back to Casino, I have had the most enjoyable weekend away.
I spent it with 7 wonderful 'Bent Inklination's' Team Members, most of whom I had never met before. The hospitality of the lovely Jacqui and her husband Dennis was second to none, and we spent two and a half days giggling, sharing and crafting all whilst being exceptionally looked after and fed.
The picture I have shown with this post is the personalised little tin case and name card Jacqui made us all as a little welcome gift which was full of yummy chocolates and smarties. The rose card in this picture was made by the beautiful Cheryl as her shoe box swap which we all had to make a card for.
My camera had a huge workout. I took hundreds of photos of the other ladies show and tell cards they have made and it still amazes me how everyones imagination is so different and comes up with various ideas all whilst using the same stamps. I don't think I will ever look at a punch the same way again.
I was a little sad to leave, and although feeling sore from laughing so much, and probably 5 kilos heavier, the weekend was so worth the trip. I have come away feeling so refreshed, totally inspired, and with some wonderful new friendships kindled. I would do it all again tommorrow if I could.
Inspiration not just the flu virus is in the air all around at present and it is a glorious thing in the lead up to this coming weekend when I head to Brisbane for the Scrapbook and Papercraft Expo to be inspired even further.
Watch this page, as I will be sharing some of this inspiration with you all over the upcoming months as well as in some of the workshops I will be holding.
Danielle
PS. With all my new found inspiration I am getting even more excited because it is now less than three months until we will have lots of new stamps and accessories to play with in the New 2010/2011 Stampin' Up! Ideas Book and Catalogue.

Dani, It was an absolute pleasure to have my team for the week end. It was so worth the effort and you all had input which was great. The weather was kind (much kinder than it was this morning!) and the company terrific what more could we ask?
Hey! glad to get a chance to check out your blog!! I have several of these tins which are just waiting for me to decorate them. Yep...I bought and horded! Shame on me!
Great project, love the color.
