Searching for Inspiration

In attempts to get in the Christmas Card Making Mode today, I spent a large amount of time avoiding my housework and looking at various Challenge Blogs and Galleries on the internet.

One card in particular caught my eye, on the Challenge Blog Paper Players.  The design wasn't a Christmas card however I really like the layout and techniques used.  The card was created by Lesley Croghan from Always Playing with Paper.  Her design inspired me to make the Christmas Card I am sharing today.

Stamps used were En Francais Background Stamp, Dasher and Many Merry Messages all from Stampin' Up!  The techniques used for todays card were Wet Embossing, Masking and Sponging, I was really happy with how it turned out that I have been playing with the same design using different colours and stamps.
