Join us for our 'Step Into Spring' Creative Retreat

We invite you to step into Spring, get back to nature and nurture yourself and your creativity with us at the beautiful Solitude Retreat. 

When:  3.00 pm Thursday 17th of September 2015 - 3.00 pm Sunday 20th of September 2015.

Where:  Solitude Retreat 3376 Nerang Murwillumbah Road, Natural Bridge  Qld  4211.

Join me Danie and some of the Unruly Team at this intimate, creative and spiritual venue located amongst 164 acres of beautiful rainforest in the Gold Coast Hinterland of Australia for four days and three nights of comradeship and mixed media fun.  This venue will spoil you in every sense of the word ‘Retreat’.  We will have it all to ourselves and have set a program which will allow you time to relax, create and get a little unruly too during your stay.

Suited for both the beginner to the more experienced, you will get to play with a variety of mixed media products ……learn new techniques and go home with a array of completed art projects.  We have planned a minimum of four in-depth workshops and a number of smaller group activities and projects throughout the duration of this event.

It's a wonderful opportunity to escape and come together with like minded people and make new friends.

In your free time you can take advantage of the beautiful surrounds of our venue which has a number of rainforest walks and plenty of areas for you to relax and bask in the sun.  You are pretty much guaranteed some sort of wildlife encounter too, from the native birds that come in to feed on the deck to Pademelons bounding across the path in front of you.  You may also like to take a short trip to Natural Bridge and view the glow worms.

For those of you in search of some new art supplies for your shopping convenience Julie Short from Time To Create will have a selection of products from her store available on site.

 $595 ALL INCLUSIVE (meals, accommodation, workshops, class supplies and take home goodies)

All meals will include Vegetarian and/or Gluten Free Options, please advise us if you have any other dietary requirements that need to be met before booking.

ACCOMMODATION:

Our venue is unique and offers small group style accommodation in shared rooms surrounded by   beautiful colours and artwork.  Each attendee will have their own single bed (all linen provided).  There are a number of delightfully appointed bathrooms, one of which includes a large free standing bath, which you may wish to take advantage of during your stay.

WHAT ELSE TO BRING:

You only need to bring a basic tool kit that you would take to most classes, ie scissors, glue, d/s tape, black pen, as all other supplies for activities and workshops will be provided. 

Then it’s just a matter of the clothing and personal belongings you desire.  I would suggest to include a jacket just in case for the night time.

HOW TO BOOK:

This is the first event of this nature taken on by the Unruly Team so we want everything to be perfect, hence our numbers will be limited so book early to avoid disappointment.

A Non Refundable Deposit of $195 will secure your place at this event.

The balance can then be paid in one full payment or 4 x $100 installments each month.

Total Payment must be paid by 15^th August 2015 and no monies will be refunded for cancellations after this date.

HOW TO GET THERE:

The venue is approximately 30 minutes south of Nerang, 45 minutes west of Surfers Paradise and just 30 min north of Murwillumbah. If you are flying from interstate or overseas then the closest airport is at Coolangatta which is approximately 40 mins away.  

NB.

• There is no shorter stay or day options available for this event.
• Mobile and internet reception at this venue is limited. Mobile phones will be required to be switched off during all workshops and meal times in consideration of your fellow attendees.
