A Thank You Card with a Medical Twist

As mentioned recently my Dad had to undergo and operation on his back, and now that he is back on his feet he asked me to make a Thank You Card to give to his Doctor.

He wanted me to use a stamp or picture of a Doctor, which I didn't have so I improvised and here is what I came up with.

Cardstock/Paper:  Choc Chip, Soft Suede, Basic Black, So Saffron, Silver Metallic, Real Red and Whisper White. 
Ink:  Real Red
Punches:  Circle Punches, 13/8" 11/4, 1/2", Word Window and 13/8" Square
Other:  Embossing Folders and Crystal Effects, Pastels
